Capgemini is a longstanding partner of the Prince’s Trust. As part of our digital partnership with the Trust we will be supporting young people by delivering a series of one-day, digital-themed workshops across the UK.
The Prince’s Trust Achieve Club aims to keep children in class and engaged in schoolwork. Targeted at 13-19 year olds, one of the biggest issues this age group faces is leaving school without the skills and qualifications to gain employment or continue their education. Some can end up in a Pupil Referral Unit, which can cost the UK taxpayer around £16,000 per child. Targeting these young people early and keeping them engaged will not only keep them in education but also give them the skills needed in today’s digital world.
