Keith holds an MBA degree from the University of Witwatersrand and a BA in Political Science. His career experience includes working as an advisor to the South African Ministers of Trade and Industry, Transport, and Safety and Security. He is an honorary lifetime member of the National Union of South African Students for his human rights work and a trustee of the Nelson Mandela Legacy Trust (UK).
In the UK, Keith has worked as Director of Customer Strategy for the Department of Constitutional Affairs and has advised several Departments and local authorities on strategy and planning issues.
While at Capgemini he has worked with the Cabinet Office to design the Cabinet Secretary’s capability reviews of key government departments. In 2005 he launched Transformation in a joint venture between the Cabinet Office and Capgemini, a quarterly journal which airs new ideas for strategy and delivery across the public sector. Keith is also Managing Editor of Transformation.
