In addition to supporting clients through my project work, I have researched the topic of value-based care and integrated customer engagement several times the past few years, co-publishing the white papers “Tracking the Shift from Volume to Value in Healthcare” in 2017 and “Working the System: 4 Trends Driving New Opportunities for Engaging Physicians in Organised Provider Systems” in September 2014 as well as an article in Pharmaceutical Executive titled “The Digital Dynamic: Changing the Pharma-Physician Interaction” in October 2013. My educational background includes a BS in Biology from Boston College and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
