Our simple application process starts when you upload your CV. 

Uploading Your CV

After Uploading you CV it will then be reviewed by a member of our recruitment team and if appropriate forwarded on to the business for further consideration. Please make sure you spend some time ensuring that your CV outlines all of your relevant skills and experience.

Next steps

If you are successful (and we will let you know if you are not), you will then be invited to start the assessment process which may include a combination of any of the following:

  • Telephone interviews

  • Face to face interviews

  • Case studies

  • Group discussions

  • Ability tests

  • Presentations and assessment centres

Of course, you will be fully briefed with all the information you need in advance of any assessment.
Naturally, the assessment process is two-way and is your chance to find out whether a career at Capgemini is right for you. As such, we will endeavour to provide you with all the information you require to make an informed decision about joining Capgemini should you be successful at interview.

Receiving an offer

If you are successful and are offered a position to join Capgemini, your offer will be made formally via a set of contractual terms and conditions. You will be to be based at one of our UK offices (London, Holborn for Capgemini Consulting). Other locations include Woking, Telford, Birmingham and Sale. For our consulting roles you'll be expected to be fully flexible in terms of assignment location, as these roles may involve periods of time away from home during the week at short notice.

In order to commence a role with Capgemini UK plc all candidates will be required to provide documentary proof, prior to joining the Company that they are entitled to live and work in the UK.
