Capgemini, one of the world's foremost providers of consulting, technology and outsourcing services, enables its clients to transform and perform through technologies. Aspire is the name of Capgemini’s long-term partnership with HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) for the provision of IT services.
The Technology Graduate Programme is a structured 2-year programme that gives individuals a range of internal and external development opportunities. The core programme provides you with the tools to improve your personal skills including leadership, presentation and team working. Underpinning this is the commitment to building on and improving your technical skills in line with our business requirements.
Our Aspire SAP team provides our graduate technology consultants with exceptional opportunities to develop as individuals and also increase their market worth. Our graduates work with our largest client, HM Revenue & Customs, to design, build and run technology solutions.
You will become part of a recognised, industry-leading team and will be trained for a SAP Functional Support role to assist with the design and configuration streams within complex SAP solutions, helping to deliver HR/Finance solutions to our client. You will be joining a scheme aimed at providing you with a combination of learning plans and project roles to start your career.
We expect our graduates to be quick thinking and have the ability to absorb new and complex ideas effectively, to demonstrate strong team-working skills and to share our high expectations for achievement. As part of the programme, you will be attending a five-week intensive SAP training programme in India.
If you are looking for opportunities to gain experience across an unparalleled range of technologies, projects and business sectors with an emphasis on variety that will continue through your career, then technology consulting is the right career choice for you.
