Business Disability Forum builds disability-smart organisations to improve business performance by increasing confidence, accessibility, productivity and profitability.
Inspiring the Future The Charity, Education and Employers runs “Inspiring the Future” which connects state schools and colleges with employers and people from the world of work. Volunteers from Apprentices to CEOs, Archaeologists to Zoologists pledge just one hour a year to volunteer in a state school or college near where they live or work to talk to young people about their job and career route.

OUTfront is our network for LGBT+ employees and allies, a community committed to fostering a supportive and safe environment at work and beyond.
The Women’s Business Network holds events twice a year, and encourages all employees to join sessions where we celebrate the women in our organisation, and those we work with.
CAPture STEM is a graduate-inspired initiative to break down barriers of gender inequality in the workplace, creating an in-house community for the sharing ideas of diversity and innovation.
