Who you’ll be working with

In Application Services, we combine our leading Application Outsourcing and Application Development capabilities and expertise to create a seamless end to end service for our clients. We’ve brilliant cross-sector experience and a huge range of offers which we bring to market, including Applications Management, Business Process Management, Business Intelligence and Testing

The focus of your role

You will be leading one of Capgemini’s strategic Utilities accounts, with a focus on growth and profitability. This role has a full accountability for maximising Profit and Loss (P&L) and growth opportunities, with a strong focus on people leadership and Board level engagement externally and internally.

What you’ll do

  • Be responsible for a large, global, client.
  • Manage overall client relationship at CxO level, bringing thought leadership as a trusted advisor.
  • Accountable to the Capgemini UK Board for performance of the account.
  • Develop and implement the 3-year plan for the account, with input from all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in the development of service delivery solutions to drive innovation and profitability. 

What you’ll bring

  • Business leadership skills with strong commercial acumen 
  • Your ability to maximise profitability by driving growth and profit improvement initiatives.
  • Your strength in senior stakeholder management, internally and externally.
  • Your extensive experience in the delivery of Application services to grow, maintain and improve sales, profitability and client relationships.
  • Evidence of your long-term, fruitful CxO relationships in utilities
  • Strong leadership skills and
