The focus of your role

Manages a large account (which can be a AMSI account) and entails the group responsibility towards the client. Develops long-term intimacy with stakeholders across the client, works with engagement leadership to develop account strategy and executes that strategy to position and Capgemini BPO, build pipeline and  proposal and has overall accountability for account and BPO target revenues and  leveraging the power of the group. 

What you’ll do

  • Build business relationships across the client – in Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement and in the wider client environment
  • Influence the client’s decision making based on deep understanding of client culture and requirements. Strikes the right balance between safely managing existing contracted revenues and profit, and growing new business on the account through the timely involvement of Opportunity Development sales colleagues.
  • Generate propositions based on understanding of client issues and Capgemini ability to deliver solutions
  • Maximise opportunities across all BPO service lines, taking accountability for qualification and closure of all new and extension / renewal business.
  • Develop and execute account strategy and drive business with client to achieve, bookings, revenue growth, profitability.
  • Work with the BPO Account Engagement Exec and leadership to ensure good relationships with the client team are maintained and there is visibility and resolution of any issues. Together develop and expand the breadth and long term client relationship on behalf of Capgemini BPO, helping to identifying and implementing any development needs as required.

What you’ll bring

  • Networking skills to enable development of existing and new relationships with the client on behalf of CapgeminiBPO, operating at both at board level and operational level.
  • Insight into the client business and challenges and an ability to engage senior leadership across the account to understand their business needs
  • Ability to work with Capgemini BPO and Group colleagues to develop solutions and propositions to solve business problems and to demonstrate innovation 
  • Ability to build pipeline and convert opportunities
  • Accountability for conducting the negotiations for new, add-on and existing services to ensure commercial viability and realistic expectation setting with the client.
  • Develop and manage the overall account development plan forecast.
