You will join a fast growing part of Capgemini’s dynamic, market leading UK SAP solution centre helping to deliver data management and migration aspects of some of the most exciting and challenging SAP solutions for clients across various industries.

The focus of your role

Working as part of a team you will provide support for the SAP Contact Center application. You will be expected to understand the technical components of the application and how these provide a 24x7 service as well as performing maintenance on these. In addition you will understand how a Contact Centre solution is built in order to provide support and guidance to clients as well as fixing incidents. The job will require on-call out of hours cover as part of a rota as well as normal day duties.

What you’ll do

• Support a 24x7 SAP Contact Center system
• Perform out of hours support and fixing of major incidents
• SAP patching and hot-fix application
• IVR development and general product configuration in response to client requests

What you’ll bring

• Experience of the SAP Contact Center (CCtr)/BCM version 7 application
• Implementation knowledge for both Telephony and Action Items with Email and Chat also preferable
• Knowledge of the SAP CCtr Database structure and writing queries in MS SQL Server
• VoIP telephony experience ideally on a SIP protocol platform
• Windows Server and log diagnosis skills
