Who you'll be working with

You will join the SAP Analytics team in Capgemini’s Insights and Data (I&D) business unit. Insights and Data is a global business unit covering a range of information functions including BI, data management, Data Science, Big Data, analytics and Content Management

SAP Analytics is one of the largest and most successful teams in I&D in the UK. The team also utilises the wider I&D capabilities to deliver innovative SAP reporting solutions and enterprise BI thought leadership to our clients.

The focus of your role

As a BW/BO Support Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering SAP solution in the health sector of a public body.  The application provides telephonic critical and non-critical care 24x7 to over 5 million people with nearly 2 million contacts per year.

What you'll do

  • Perform routine checks, helping to resolve design related issues, incidents raised by the users and perform root cause analysis to determine causes of process variation (e.g. via Problem Management and Lean)
  • Design, develop and maintain BO reports
  • Assist in defining project plans, estimation of effort and schedule, carrying out work product reviews, testing and release management activities
  • Use quantitative analysis to identify potential process improvements

What you'll bring

  • Technical experience of working with SAP BW and SAP BusinessObjects tools.
  • Knowledge of multiple SAP processes and data structures as well as the ability to integrate touchpoints to other SAP modules
  • System support experience with some good problem solving, analysis, design, communication and consulting skills

 Acceptance of this role will be conditional on successfully attaining SC clearance.
