Who you’ll be working with

You will join a fast growing part of Capgemini’s dynamic, market leading UK SAP solution centre helping to deliver data management and migration aspects of some of the most exciting and challenging SAP solutions for clients across various industries.

The focus of your role

Your role as an Ariba Consultant will see you working on challenging SAP Ariba procurement and sourcing solution projects. Surrounded by a supportive team you will be involved in design, build and testing, as well as providing post-implementation support. Our current project pipeline will allow you to work on projects within discrete manufacturing (for example: aerospace and rail manufacturing) or consumer product sectors.

What you’ll do

You will contribute to the smooth running of Ariba implementation projects by providing a flexible approach to:

• Gathering of requirements, design and gap analysis workshops, as well as building of the solution, with opportunities to lead the development of code.
• Analysing legacy systems to enable successful data migration.
• Identifying and resolving issues throughout the project life cycle
• Delivering appropriate documentation in support of all implementation activities

What you’ll bring

To get the most from this role you’ll have:

• A passion for communicating in your customers’ language.
• Some knowledge in any of the sectors in which we are currently operating, for exampletravel, transportation, aerospace and engineered products
• Knowledge of SAP Procurement and Ariba.
• Leadership qualities which will allow you to support both your onsite and remote team.
