Who you’ll be working with

Core Services is home to business specialists who support the UK business and the global teams based in the UK. Its aim is to provide both the processes and framework that underpin the business and specialist expertise to support functions.

The focus of your role

You will work within the Nairn based HR/Payroll team providing support and guidance to junior members of the team in dealing with employee and manager queries. Supporting the Team Lead on a variety of payroll related projects and monthly payroll deliverables to ensure the accurate delivery of the payroll service for 7000+ UK employees.

What you’ll do

• Populate and maintain data on excel spreadsheets
• Calculate various entitlements due to different types of employee leave
• Monthly reconciliations of payroll accounts
• Solve employee and manager queries

What you’ll bring

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work and complete tasks to tight deadlines
• Proficient user of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Excellent communications skills both written and oral
• Previous experience in a payroll/HR environment
