The focus of your role

As an HRMS Payroll functional analyst, you will help our clients with answering queries, resolving issues and incidents and providing best practice where required. You will also work on Requests for Changes and enhancements. 

What you'll do

  • Implement functional fixes to resolve live HR and Payroll issues, following ITIL processes
  • Use My Oracle Support to raise Service Requests for bug resolution
  • Assist with patch testing and upgrades to newer versions of the application
  • Interact internally with DBA and Development teams as well as the help desk and externally with client staff

What you'll bring

To get the most from this role, you’ll have

  • A good knowledge of Oracle Payroll modules including Compensation and Benefits, Enhanced RetroPay and FastFormulas
  • Knowledge around Pension schemes and RTI
  • Experience of Oracle E-Business Suite applications
  • Proven track record in determination and interpretation of client business requirements, application of UK legislation and mapping those requirements to Oracle E-Business Suite functionality

Eligibility for Police NPPV level 3 vetting is required.
