The focus of your role

As an Integration Consultant with deep knowledge of Oracle SOA, you will take a lead role in the delivery of Oracle ERP systems based on complex PaaS and SaaS architectures. Your expertise in Oracle ERP will also allow you to take on delivery responsibilities for data migration, master data management and data cleansing.

Additionally, the role may encompass supporting pre-sales activities and the generation of go-to-market strategies across our UK business.

What you'll do

  • Operate as a lead Designer/Architect and Developer on our complex Oracle ERP implementations, both on-premise and cloud-based using Oracle Integration Cloud.
  • Guide clients to deliver effective E-Business Suite solutions, data migration and master data management.
  • Solve problems for large, corporate clients in multiple sectors, working in cross-discipline, agile and distributed teams in the UK.
  • Work with Oracle UK and our wider Capgemini teams to develop a pipeline of SOA and BPM business, as stand-alone initiatives or as part of wider Oracle-centric offerings.
  • Take responsibility for communicating an implementation approach and design methodology to an offshore development team.

What you'll bring

  • Deep experience of Oracle ERP and Cloud SaaS based Oracle applications, as well as the supporting data migration activities.
  • Hands-on experience and a proven track record of implementing Oracle SOA Suite, OSB and E-Business Suite in complex environments across public and private sectors.
  • Expertise with core Oracle technologies such as PL/SQL, Java and the use of Oracle ERP APIs.
  • ODI and custom data migration experience.
  • Strong consulting and communication skills as well as experience with Distributed Delivery (Off-Shore / On-Shore teams).
  • Able to build productive client relationships and identify and develop opportunities for new business.
