The focus of your role

We are seeking experienced Microsoft CRM Developers to join the AD&I Unit and get involved in winning and delivering our interesting opportunities. Despite this role having a bias towards Microsoft technologies, all of our team are first and foremost engineers, putting Software Engineering and professionalism at the heart of delivery. What you’ll do

• A demonstrable track record of delivering projects based upon Microsoft Dynamics CRM and supporting Microsoft technologies
• Demonstrable experience of working within a challenging environment
• Demonstrable experience of working on large enterprise projects
• Experience of working within a team environment
• Proven software engineering pedigree
• Microsoft certifications highly advantageous
• Excellent time management
• Experience of a consulting environment in which one may need to proactively seek the best opportunities
• Motivated individual, with some experience working within a consulting environment and/or on project based work
• Willingness to travel on a UK wide basis and work away from home for extended periods of time Monday to Friday
• Existing SC or DV security clearance advantageous

Personal Profile:

Proficient in analysing business process and translating them into effective CRM solutions
• Experience on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, 2013, 2015, 2016 installation, customisation (including entity and security model), developing client application extensions, plugins and custom processes/workflows is essential
• Experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK is essential
• Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server is essential
• .NET Framework Version 4.5 or above including strong WCF experience
• C# and JavaScript is essential
• Experience with defined frameworks (MVC, Entity Framework and Enterprise Library) is essential
• SQL Server 2008 or above with custom report experience through SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) is essential
• Experience of Dynamics CRM integration using SCRIBE or BizTalk is highly desirable
• Development experience with at least one of the following Microsoft technologies is highly desirable

Microsoft SharePoint 2013, 2016 and/or SharePoint Online
BizTalk Server
Windows Azure
• Continuous Integration Build process and automated unit test skills are essential
• Experience working in a structured delivery framework or process such as the Rational Unified Process or Microsoft SureStep is essential
• Agile development practices are essential
• Service Oriented Architecture knowledge is essential
• Knowledge of software design patterns and when to apply them
• Ability to design sensible, simple solutions to complex problems
• Excellent knowledge of software design patterns and when to apply them
