Who you’ll be working with

Marketing and Communications (M&C) is a key support function that works closely with Sales and Human Resources communities to ensure a strong contribution to the business and to the well-being of our Team Members.
As the Global Marketing lead for the Consumer Products and Retail (CPR) Sector, you will collaborate closely with Global & Local teams.

The focus of your role

• Key responsibilities & Collaboration with key Stakeholders:
‐ Messaging and Positioning: Develop persuasive market messages and differentiated positioning by creating marketing assets such as brochures, datasheet, client success stories, videos, etc.
‐ Awareness and demand generation programs: Develop and execute marketing calendar to create awareness and drive demand for CPR portfolio of offers in North America, Europe and other key markets. Coordinate with regional marketing heads regarding the execution of go-to-market programs.
‐ External Communications: Proactively work with colleagues in various functions such as analyst relations, press relations, brand and digital marketing to earn analyst and media recognition.
‐ Sales Enablement: Develop sales tools and training materials to support the selling process
‐ Internal Communications: Collaborate with Internal Communications Manager to ensure relevant, timely internal communications across all the channels (intranets, enterprise social networks, newsletters etc.)

What you’ll do

• 30% of your time dedicated to execute demand generation programs and creating marketing assets.
• Your objective is to craft compelling market messages, develop differentiated positioning and create affinity for Capgemini’s CPR portfolio of solutions.
• Partner with distributed teams such as strategic services marketers, Alliances, external communication & Digital, branding & internal communication teams across solutions, consulting, and marketing communications.
• Engage with senior colleagues in marketing, consulting, and sales functions to conceive and execute marketing programs based on geo strategy and organizational goals.

What you’ll bring

• Competencies:
‐ Good understanding of the CPR Sector Knowledge
‐ Excellent relationship & leadership skills
‐ Hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms: Salesforce.com CRM, Paradot marketing automation, and CMS software.
• Experience:
‐ Minimum 10-12 years of successful experience in Industry marketing, or product marketing within leading technology companies.
