Who you’ll be working with

Reporting into the Global Head of FS (BS).

Capgemini has six Strategic Business Units (SBU’s) each of which is governed by its specific economic rules, and managed with its own profit. One of these SBU’s is Business Services (formerly BPO). BS has developed significant capability in Finance and Accounting, Supply Chain Management (SCM), HRO and has over 18,000 employees of which 10,000 are based in India. India therefore plays a pivotal role in the organisation with respect to future BPO strategy and delivery of services to its clients.

BS is planning explosive growth over the next few years and the organisation is therefore taking the opportunity to invest in this role as part of that growth to ensure it has the capabilities in place now to support this planned growth. BS has recently moved to a vertical sector focus and this role represents one of the important areas of activity in this new organisation and is therefore a key hire within the BPO senior executive team.

The focus of your role

  • To lead the sales strategy and campaign for large strategic deals (TCV >€50m). 
  • To identify and generate significant opportunities each with a TCV >€50m.
  • Good industry CXO connects. 
  • Able to leverage industry relationships to create and shape the large deals


What you’ll do

  • Develop and close large deals that involve a range of group services, cross-discipline and multiple business units. 
  • Leverage complex and cross-discipline solutions for clients that create a long-term business. relationship and guarantee sustainable and individual quota exceeding development.
  • Master the identification and generation of Sales opportunities, presents highly visible leadership solutions and services and is the change agent for Sales organisation objectives. 
  • Overall responsibility for a large opportunities during the collaborative selling Sales process, through to close.
  • Develop trusted relationships with different stakeholders within key and target clients. 
  • Take the lead in Sales strategy, deal making and closing of major opportunities. 
  • Build and leverage a network of client relationships relevant for the deal.
  • Think big in identifying and evaluating opportunities. 
  • Understand and adhere to the internal approval processes for large deals.
  • Address complex client issues involving interactions up to executive level and master meetings and negotiations techniques.
  • Understand that clients buy from people and be at ease in persuading clients on all levels (rational, political and emotional). 

What you’ll bring

  • Proven sales track record selling Business Process Outsourcing in the last 2 years. 
  • Proven experience of selling cross-functional services with significant experience in Business Services/Business Process Outsourcing. 
  • Has had personal responsibility for leading and closing large and complex deals in excess of TCV €15m.
  • Competitor analysis and understanding.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication skills – written and spoken.
  • Strong business acumen/awareness. 
  • Strong skills and proven experience in developing client proposals. 
  • Experience of developing an innovative approach to client solutions.
