Any UK Base (candidates will report into one of our base locations (London, Woking, Bristol, Sale, Rotherham, Birmingham) but expectation is that consultants have to be flexible to work nationally and spend time away from home.

Cyber Security Services:

Capgemini’s Cyber Security Consulting and Projects Practice Unit provides consulting and projects in all areas of infrastructure including cloud based services, networks, servers, storage, information security, service management and governance. Activities range from high level consulting, strategy and business case to architecture design and implementation.

Role Requirements:

The UK Cyber Security Team has approximately 100 security and risk management professionals who are qualified and equipped to tackle our customers’ most challenging security-related concerns. Our vision is: “to become an exemplar and reference point throughout the Capgemini Group for the provision of security and risk management services”.
We believe that developing, resourcing and selling a comprehensive suite of Cybersecurity Transformation and Enablement Services is key to realising our vision. We are reshaping our security expertise and capabilities to become a leading provider of these services. We aim to offer simple solutions to complex problems and in so doing engage our customers with high-value Cybersecurity propositions, that help our customers embrace transformational technologies knowingly and with confidence.
This is an excellent role for a candidate who is passionate about Cyber Security and who wishes to be part of an enthusiastic, successful and growing Security team.
We would expect candidates to have a broad understanding of Enterprise Security at an Architectural level and experience at a design level in many areas of Information Security. Preference would be for someone who can demonstrate specialist knowledge in the Identity and Access Management “IAM” area of Cyber Security.

Supporting cybersecurity sales pursuits “owned” by the UK Cyber Security Team and contributing to other security-related sales initiatives in which we collaborate with other parts of Capgemini.
Providing support in specialist area to contribute to the development and publication of “points of view” on security-related matters to the market, and engaging with broader initiatives with the Capgemini Global Service Lines
Able to mentor and coach those who join the UK Cyber Security Team through the graduate and academy schemes and longer-standing members of the team who seek personal development and career progression
Improving the quality and standard of knowledge management in the UK Cyber Security Team. Leads by example and encourages others in the team to do the same.

Person Specification:

Essential:
• Breadth and depth of security consulting or security architecture experience
• Sound business development skills
• Capability in strong consulting behaviours
• Experience of designing and implementing two or more of the following solutions:
 Identity & Access Management - RSA Via, ForgeRock and CyberArk product sets.
 Data Loss Prevention
 IDS/IPS, UTM, Firewalls
 Network Infrastructure Security
 MDM/EMM
• Ability to explain security issues to business and IT practitioners clearly and convincingly
• Relevant professional certification (e.g. TOGAF, SABSA, CISSP or similar)
Desirable:
• Experience of UK Government and providing advice and guidance in line with UK Government best practice is highly desirable.
• Experience of devising and implementing securing controls centred on the Cloud, Virtualisation, “Big Data”, SAP, SDN/SDDC, or mobility (e.g. Bring Your Own Device)
• CESG Certified Professional – Practitioner Level or above
• Security vetting to Security Check level
