The Focus of Your Role:

You will be responsible for leading a sub-sector within Infrastructure Services that spans a portfolio of Retail, Consumer Products and Travel clients. Your focus will be to drive profitable growth by selling the full breadth of Capgemini’s Infrastructure portfolio.

You will lead a team of 4-5 Account Managers, whilst personally leading Capgemini’s relationship with a portfolio of clients within this sector. There will be full accountability for managing a P&L of c. €40-50m.

What You’ll Do

  • The focus of your role will be sector growth. You will be able to take the existing client relationship and revenue stream and develop this into a larger and more profitable portfolio. 
  • You will look to develop and implement the sector strategy, in line with group initiatives.
  • You will manage overall client relationship at CxO level, bringing thought leadership as a trusted advisor.
  • You will have a key leadership role. You will provide strong leadership to client account teams, and also have responsibility to coach and mentor your team of Account Managers, with a focus on personal development and training. 
  • You will ensure our global delivery teams are performing consistently and in line with company and client standards and procedures.

What You’ll Bring

To get the most out of this role, you will have:

  • Experience of leading a portfolio of accounts and of delivering account growth in a similar sector. Experience selling technology services in order to drive the account growth. 
  • Experience in a wide variety of information technology fields which you’ll channel to drive innovation and creativity in the account. 
  • Strong business knowledge of finance and contractual matters for compliance and able to own and resolve complex customer issues. 
  • Be passionate, personable and collaborative.
  • Strong leadership skills, which you’ll use to manage and support large number of individuals reporting directly or indirectly and to coordinate multiple teams both on and offshore.
