SAP has awarded Capgemini UK with the ‘Recognized Expertise in Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud Solutions’ accreditation for its work in the area of improving customers’ digital experience. This includes Capgemini’s know-how of the SAP Hybris product suite, a cloud-based CRM offerings bringing sales, service and social engagement into an integrated SaaS CRM system.
SAP’s ‘Recognized Expertise’ certification is granted to SAP partners who have demonstrated that they have a reputable amount of industry, SAP solution experience and a proven track record of successful customer projects and a defined number of SAP-certified consultants. This new certification comes a year after Capgemini was recognised for its SAP HANA expertise.
