Capgemini UK encourages supplier diversity. We value innovation and the unique opportunities offered by working with Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) and Minority supply chain partners. Our dealings and commercial negotiations are always characterised by mutual fair treatment and integrity.
In 2012, half of the suppliers from whom we bought goods and services were Small & Medium Enterprises.
We have developed selection criteria and tools that have improved access to our business by being size and commodity appropriate, removing some of the overheads of doing business with Capgemini UK.
Our average agreed payment term with all our suppliers is 29 days. This is set at the time of activation in our automated purchase to payment systems. The average 'invoice received to payment' date is 28 days.
In order to be able to match opportunities to qualified SME and Minority supply chain partners in short timescales, we need to ensure a process of inclusion in our ecosystem. The ecosystem includes suppliers of all the goods and services that we buy for ourselves and our clients.
By completing the form, you can register your interest in becoming a supplier with us. We will respond to all submissions with further information relevant to entering our supply chain.
