Sustainable Procurement Survey

Welcome to the Capgemini UK plc Sustainable Procurement Survey. Capgemini UK must be sure that our suppliers meet our Sustainable Procurement Principles so that we can meet our Sustainablility objectives, and in turn, can meet the increasing Sustainability requirements of our end customers. This survey will allow us to collect the evidence we require in one simple process, to be answer all of our customers requirements. It is expected that, provided you have all the information requested, you will be able to complete this survey in around 20 minutes.

You have been asked to complete this survey as you are one of our key suppliers, and/or a Capgemini UK supplier who we have assessed as potentially working in high risk services or products.

All responses will be treated in confidence and no detailed information you provide will be communicate outside of Capgemini UK. We will use the RED / AMBER / GREEN overall scoring from the survey but will only ever communicate this to a customer of Capgemini UK if specifically requested and protected by confidentiality agreement.

Survey Instructions

The survey tool should be straightforward to use if you follow these simple steps.

Please Sign In below using your unique username and password supplied to you via e-mail.

You can update your responses at any time until final submission. If you wish to save your responses without submitting the survey, select Sign Out at the top of the page. To complete the survey please click on the 'Submit and Close the Survey' on the last page.

If you wish to submit any supporting documents you can do this at any time by selecting Click Here to Upload Documents on the top right hand corner of this page or by clicking on Upload File button. Upon successfull upload, documents will automatically be attached to your survey response. To exit from the upload area you can either select Sign Out or Survey where you will be returned to the start of the survey. Your previous responses will be saved and you can select Next to take you back to your previous location.

Survey Results

Following the completion of this survey your response will be validated by the appropriate Purchasing Category Manager. Should any of your answers not be adequate they will contact you for further clarification, and supporting evidence if appropriate.

Once the survey has been completed, validated and scored, we will communicate to you the outcome. Should your response lead to an AMBER or RED grading the appropriate purchasing manager will engage with you to understand the non compliances and agree a suitable action plan to remove them.
