For Google the partnership with Capgemini means that overnight ‘Google Apps has achieved the enterprise stamp of approval and offers Google the credibility it needs to to be taken seriously as an application vendor reaching inside the enterprise’.

Steve explains why he is leading this initiative “I transferred from my old position of CTO for delivery transformation to become head of SOA because the impact of SOA for us at Capgemini is about how IT reorientates itself towards the business and changes its processes and delivery models to be based around delivering services.”

Steve is the author of “Enterprise SOA Adoption Strategies” and currently works as the Head of SOA and SaaS for Capgemini’s global outsourcing business working out how SOA can be used to add innovation, deliver value and reduce costs. To read the rest of Steve’s bio click here.

Michael has been recently appointed to the role of Vice President of Demand Generation, Capgemini Outsourcing and will focus on driving a new coherent, global demand generation process that will give us a competitive edge.
