Capgemini eyes more India buys
Pierre-Yves Cros, Vice President - Group Director of Strategy and Transformation, Chair of UK Country Board talks to the Indian press on a strong outlook for Capgemini in 2008.

In an exclusive interview with CNBC-TV18, Pierre-Yves states that 2007 finished well with 27% of the company’s workforce based offshore
and around 33% in India. The offshore strategy over the next few years would be
recruit 40,000 employees by 2010 and how “Capgemini is one of the top three fastest growing companies in the world today”.
Pierre-Yves Cros is Capgemini’s Strategy Director, reporting to the Group’s CEO Paul Hermelin and sits on the Group’s Executive Committee. As Strategy Director, Pierre-Yves is responsible for ensuring that the Group is well placed to take advantage of market trends and exploit opportunities.
