Capgemini 2007 CIO Survey explores the views of CIOs of major companies and organisations on the subject of agility and its impact on IT.
The survey found 93% of IT executives with budgets more than €100 million a year agreed IT agility was critical to the business. However 40% felt that IT was not delivering the level of agility the business required.
