Category: Lifetime Achievement Date: 13 October 2006 Mike Dodsworth won the National Outsourcing Association’s award for Lifetime Achievement at the NOA awards ceremony on 12 October. Hosted by Anthony Hilton, the financial editor of the Evening Standard, the awards attracted over 350 professionals from the UK’s outsourcing industry. The awards aim to reward organisations for success in outsourcing projects, as well as raising awareness for the importance of best practice in outsourcing. The awards acknowledge achievements in IT outsourcing, Business Process Outsourcing, as well as sector specific achievements in telecommunications, finance, energy and the public sector. |

Since 2004 Capgemini’s UK outsourcing business has increased its order book for new outsourcing business. This includes the start of the 10-year £3 billion contract with HM Revenue & Customs and extending existing client relationships with companies like WH Smith News and British Energy. |
