DIY company completes data centre migration
Capgemini works with DIY company Wickes to deliver a succesful overhaul of its IT systems.

Working collaboratively with Wickes, Capgemini has successfully completed a project that included the migration of systems
to a new data centre, as well as upgrading the core IT systems such as point-of-sale,
finance, HR and payroll.
Graham Malpas, Service Delivery Manager of Wickes’s parent company Travis Perkins said “Capgemini was a major factor in helping us keep services at peak levels, eliminate risks and help us ensure a smooth data centre migration from London to Northampton.”
Following the completion of the project, Travis Perkins awarded Capgemini 100% for all key success criteria.
