Taking on the elephant

In our experience, the impact of an organisation’s size and complexity is often under-estimated at the programme inception. Insufficient attention is paid to how to best take colleagues on the transformation journey. It is not that people don’t want to adopt new working practices or employ new technology – it is just that they have not been taken on the “journey of change” to a point where they become active adopters.
