The CIPD Annual Conference & Exhibition 2008 is Britain’s largest UK exhibition. The conference will run masterclass seminars, showcase case studies and hold workshops to discuss the latest HR issues.
Smart Working: driving a new experience of work
Simon will be discussing along with panel members from Centrica and Allen & Overy LLP on how the term ‘smart working’ is being used to link employee productivity and business performance.
The panel will be chaired by Rt Hon Michael Portillo.
Simon is currently HR Director for Capgemini Consulting, UK. Simon previously worked at IBM holding a variety of HR positions. Simon
holds an honours degree in English & History and is a Fellow of the Chartered
Institute of Personnel & Development.
