Life in the Jungle.
The two creatures size one another up. One, timidly passing through unfamiliar territory, is weakened through fatigue and hunting for a waterhole. The other, well adapted and attuned to its surroundings, shows the scars of battle. There is a hunter and a hunted. The look that passes between them is understood across the species; “you’re mine” it says.

The hunted attempts a diversionary tactic, feigning a drop of eye contact – the original “I can’t see you, so you can’t see me” routine. But it already recognises the futility of the action and panic sets in. Interaction with the hunter is now inevitable. But what should be its response?

Fight? Flight? Collaborate?
