A Lean organisation is able to eliminate waste which is defined as anything that a customer will not be willing to pay for.It can optimise the flow of customer value through the workplace and improve the overall Customer Experience.It gives employees on the front line the motivation, tools and freedom to make major improvements to their daily work.
