Our offshore Upgrade factory provides industrialised migration and remediation services, as well as a laboratory facility to enable our customers to test new hardware or landscape configurations. Supporting SAP’s Timeless Software initiative, over time our Timeless upgrade service enables our customers’ adoption of the latest software versions and enhancement and support packs.
Choose & Pick Menu-Card
Value focused SAP packages that address specific business problems
The Capgemini Choose & Pick Menu-Card offers packaged implementation services that focus on addressing business issues and improving KPIs. Our customers can use each menu-card entry to develop a roadmap and a business case for exploiting SAP. The accelerators associated with each menu-card entry can then be used to provide streamlined delivery of each project.

SAP Run combines this with SAP’s own lifecycle methodology, Run SAP. As part of either a single or multi-tower relationship, SAP Run exploits Solution Manager tools to deliver a complete SAP lifecycle service.

Flexible pricing and commercial models
Capgemini is prepared to align our commercial models to the specific demands of our clients and the services we offer. We can provide models whereby all components of the SAP Lifecycle Service are combined into a single monthly fee, or a rate card with discount breaks and blended onshore/offshore rates. Our approach will always be to ensure that the chosen model is aligned to the demands of our clients and the expected outputs of the engagement.
