Turning educational policy into reality.

The UK government has allocated some 13% of total government spending to children's services and education. Whilst the ambition is there, ensuring that the policy agenda is delivered is not straightforward, particularly in a sector where a number of disparate front-line agencies have to come together to offer a joined-up experience for the child and family.

Capgemini has a proven track record in ‘Policy to Delivery’. Clients, such as the DfE, DBIS, Skills Funding Agency and QCA, value our ability to take their political ideas (the “policy”) and work with them to create the implementation strategy and to intervene in the delivery chain (the Agencies and Local Authorities) to ensure that the policy is delivered.
