OutsourceWorld London 2008 is the largest event in the sourcing field. Not in its seventh year, the event aims to understand and assess the new global landscape of sourcing options, models and suppliers, allow delegates to participate in interactive sessions to gain knowledge, tools and insight for successful outsourcing as well as engage with leading practitioners, authors and advisors.
Pam will be hosting a session with Tim Mann, Head of Customer Services & IT, Skandia on how delegates can achieve an effective sourcing strategy.
Pam is Vice President, Technology Outsourcing and has over 15 years experience within
the finance, utilities and Government sectors. Pam has lead large scale technology
enabled business change programmes and technology implementation projects. Currently
Pam is leading Capgemini’s IT Performance Improvement Practice and helping clients
support the transformation of their own in house IS, ensuring that they can exploit
new and more cost-effective sourcing models and technologies.
