Capgemini will continue to support Croydon Council as part of the Council’s plans
to transform local government services. The new deal has seen the current contract
extended until 2013 and worth £83 million.
Capgemini and Croydon Council have been working together since 2003 and the new extension will see the contract become one of the longest-running in UK local government history.
Lee said, “The extension of the contract was due in part to great teamwork,”
“This is a vote of confidence for Capgemini’s relationship with Croydon. Our achievements over the past five years of our partnership with Croydon are the great result of the teamwork with Council employees at all levels.”
