Council outsources IT transformation
Capgemini will help change the way Gloucestershire Council uses IT under an outsourcing deal lasting until 2011.

Capgemini will replace existing outdated systems in areas such as finance, human resources, payroll and procurement with a new integrated business management information system. The transformation programme starts this month and is scheduled for completion by October 2007.
