Capgemini UK wins London bus contract extension
Capgemini wins an ten year extension deal with Arriva.

Capgemini UK has won a 10-year contract extension from bus operator Arriva London to provide IT support services.
Capgemini said it will support the IT systems that underpin Arriva’s London bus operations, including crew scheduling, operational staffing, on-bus revenue accounting, performance monitoring, and mileage planning. The deal also includes a suite of proprietary software developed by Capgemini specifically for bus operators.
Jeff Quantrell, operations director at Arriva London, said: “The Capgemini software has enabled us to achieve a high level of automation and has given us important cost savings, including a clerical staff saving across our 15 garages.”
