Capgemini Outsourcing Services UK has been recognised for creating original thought leadership

Capgemini OS UK has been awarded for creating and publishing innovative thought
leadership
at a recent Scottish Region IT Service Management Forum (itSMF) event. The itSMF
UK is rewarding original thought leadership as part of an initiative to recognise
the value individual members make in the field of Service Management.
The certificate relates to the Governing Success paper, written by David Greenway.
David Greenway, Service Management Consulting Manager accepting the award from
Alastair Allanach, Chairman, itSMF UK Scottish Region.
Alastair said: “The itSMF UK wants to recognise and encourage members to generate interesting debate on service management topics: David’s paper is a great example of this.”
