Capgemini and Amazon bond in the cloud
Capgemini and Amazon will be offering application development and hosting services as part of a new partnership between the companies.

The new partnership between Capgemini and Amazon Web Services will see both companies run applications in remote data services.
Richard Payling, vice presidentĀ of global outsourcing, Capgemini said: “the new offering will be used for general application development and testing,”
“Capgemini is targeting companies that want to deploy web-based applications quickly,” Richard continues.
“Application development and deployment is often slowed down by the procurement phase, where companies have to buy their own hardware”.
