Pierre-Yves Cros
Group Director of Strategy and Transformation, Chair of UK Country Board
Pierre-Yves Cros is Capgemini’s Strategy Director, reporting to the Group’s CEO Paul Hermelin and sits on the Group’s Executive Committee. As Strategy Director, Pierre-Yves is responsible for ensuring that the Group is well placed to take advantage of market trends and exploit opportunities.
Pierre-Yves joined the Group in 1988 as a corporate strategy consultant. He was from 1997 Gemini Consulting Senior Vice-President, in charge of Global Operations.
Immediately prior to his current role, Pierre-Yves lead the Group’s €1bn strong Business to Business and Supply Chain service lines across Europe. In 2001 and 2002, the leading market analysts rated this business unit the industry’s strongest.
Pierre-Yves Cros holds a Master of Sciences and an MBA from HEC (France). Although a French National, he lives in the UK.
