Matt Howell
Vice President - Head of Public Sector, Technology Services
Matt Howell is Head of Public Sector, Technology Services, where he also has responsibility for identity management. Matt has over 10 years experience in consulting; before being appointed to his new role, Matt led a team specialising in IT and technology in the UK justice sector. Prior to that Matt had a number of delivery roles across the public sector. As part of Capgemini’s commitment to global clients, Matt sits on Capgemini’s Global Public Safety committee.
Before joining Capgemini, Matt worked in the IS Strategy Unit of the Central Computer and Telecommunications Agency, working across all government departments.
