David Boulter
Vice President - Chief Executive, Capgemini Aspire
David is an international, corporate entrepreneur with experience in complex, large scale private and public sector environments. His passion is story telling, inspiring colleagues and growing or creating new businesses. Currently Chief Executive of Capgemini ASPIRE (the outsourced technology provider for HM Revenue & Customs), David has previously worked for BP plc in various group executive roles including technology, commercial, strategic planning and exploration.
A chartered engineer, David has lived and worked in North America, Colombia, Azerbaijan and all around the UK. He is married to Sue with two children Katie (a budding Wimbledon champion) and James (a future prime minister).
