Cliff Evans
Leader, ID Management
Cliff is Leader of our Identity Management capability and is responsible for developing our thought leadership and strategy in this area. As a programme director he has particular experience of developing and implementing strategies for the deployment of new processes and systems across large public and private sector organisations. While at Capgemini Cliff has worked on the definition of regional and global solutions for multi-national corporations across different areas including CRM, HR, Finance, Procurement and IT.
He joined Capgemini from the media industry, where he was a senior VP and head of client solutions for a media production business. In this role he successfully implemented a number of global shared services solutions for corporations in the consumer goods, manufacturing and services sectors.
Cliff has presented at industry and academic forums on a diverse range of areas. He has a PhD in aeronautical engineering and is a chartered mechanical engineer.
Cliff is the author of an article in the Spring 2007 edition of the London Business School Strategy Review on ‘Modelling Service’ which sets out how shared services can be used to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
