Anthoula Madden

Anthoula Madden leads Capgemini’s Consumer Products practice in the UK and has over 14 years experience in leading global business transformation programmes. Her extensive international experience, working with major FMCG organisations to define, design and deliver complex ERP-enabled business transformation programmes has given her deep insights into the industry strategies and challenges in bringing about the successful deployment of a global operating model and supporting IT solutions to deliver competitive advantage and sustainable, profitable growth.
Anthoula has extensive international business experience and a proven track record of delivery. She has worked in various leadership roles, managing global programmes and multi-cultural teams, including European, North American and South American assignments. She speaks Greek, English, Spanish, Portuguese and some French and German.
Anthoula leads our Transformation Through Technology value proposition offering and development of thought leadership in this space.
Anthoula’s previous experience includes nine years at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she reached the level of Director in the SAP Consulting Practice, and five years as a partner with Deloitte Consulting in the UK, leading the Consumer Products sector
