A big day online as shoppers go into cybershape for bargains
Figures from the December IMRG Capgemini e-Retail Sales Index predict a 15% increase in online Christmas sales.

Monday 8 December is traditionally known as ‘Mega Monday’; where UK consumers could spend an estimated £13.6bn online in the run-up to Christmas.
The IMRG Capgemini e-Retail sales Index has predicted a 15% increase on the amount spent last year.
James Roper, chief executive of internet trade body IMRG, predicts sales will take off between 12 and 2pm, with a second spike between 6pm and 9pm. “I think it is going to be really big this year as people are really researching their purchase.”
