Matt Howell is Vice President and Head of Public Sector for Technology Services

Matt Howell is Head of Public Sector, Technology Services. Matt has 15 years experience in deploying consulting and technology services to meet clients business objectives; Matt joined Ernst & Young before and following the merger with Capgemini, ran the Justice and security domain before being appointed Head of TS Public Services. Prior to that Matt had a number of delivery roles across the public sector. As part of Capgemini’s commitment to global clients, Matt sits on Capgemini’s Global Public Safety committee. Before joining Capgemini, Matt worked in the IS Strategy Unit of the Central Computer and Telecommunications Agency, working across all government departments.
