Following the two-page executive summary released earlier this year, Capgemini publishes today the full report on how a structured approach and practical framework can help government departments transform themselves so as to provide a better quality of service at lower cost.
It comprises:
- A model of public service delivery identifying the six levers that government can pull to improve policy and customer outcomes
- Leading practice insight and challenge
- Options for the design of a department and its delivery system (or cross government
delivery systems)
- A view on the future capabilities that the civil service will require
- A view on where to start
Along with Guardian Public, Capgemini hosted a round table with senior leaders across Central and Local Government to see how the government of the future can be shaped.
