Capgemini supports the new Kent Leadership Programme

Graham Colclough, Vice President, Global Public Sector, Capgemini comments on the launch of the Kent Leadership Programme.

30 July 2007

July 2007 saw the launch of the ‘Kent Leadership Programme’,  an initiative designed to promote and develop ethical and values-based leadership capabilities.
The main objective of the programme is to equip leaders with a new approach to thinking and ensure that they can face future challenges.

Along with other commercial partners, Capgemini were on hand to provide advice and guidance.

Graham comments that: “The Kent Leadership Programme is seeking to deliver a quality of leadership in Kent that will withstand the fast-changing nature of our present world. It is centred on doing so through collaboration within and between the public, private and third sectors. The model represents leading practice internationally, and indeed will benefit from international engagement. It is because of these characteristics - progressiveness, collaboration, leadership - that Capgemini is delighted to support the programme.”

Other commercial partners involved are: Veredus, LBi and MCCH Society Ltd.
