A guide demonstrating Capgemini’s support for the UK Criminal Justice System.

The UK Government has invested heavily in public services over the past eight years and Capgemini has played a significant role in helping departments meet the improved efficiency, effectiveness and employee experience objectives that will see this effort being converted into improvements in the welfare of society.

With established, trust-based relationships, we are enabling some of the largest transformational programmes in areas such as Justice, Health, Tax and Social Care.

While neither the Public Sector Reform Programme nor the Efficiency Programme have required step change in the way services are delivered, the forthcoming Spending Review (SR07) is likely to require a more transformational agenda, increased collaboration across organisational boundaries and embedding a culture of continuous improvement. Our Government and Public Services Group is well placed to support this need for collaboration.

We are committed to working closely with public servants as they face up to meeting the resulting challenges and the expectations of today’s and tomorrow’s society.

Capgemini has worked at the heart of Government for over 25 years

Providing services to Government and the public sector is a fundamental part of our business. We are working closely with those addressing policy and operational challenges at national, regional and local levels. We provide senior professionals who share a common understanding of the pressures in Government and who are committed to making a tangible difference. They have worked on pioneering Government projects such as:
