Gaye Andrews, Head of Capgemini Consulting’s Customer Experience practice in
the UK. She is passionate about assisting organisations to provide the right
Customer Experience to their chosen customer groups so that their services can
be truly differentiated.
With a background in Telecoms, Gaye led O2, and their owner Telefonica, to achieve the benefits of putting the customer at the heart of their organisation. Her commitment to the customer grew from successfully evolving contact centres in many organisations across Europe and the USA to achieve the level of service that customers demanded. She has delivered key note addresses on Customer Experience at many conferences and educational establishments across the world.
